The stewardship and strategic direction of the affairs of the School and the control and disposition of its funds is vested in the Board of Directors. The board’s primary role is to set and uphold the school’s vision, supporting its success and sustainability through policies, financial oversight, governance practices, and strategic planning.

The Board has entrusted the general charge and supervision of the business, property, and affairs of the School to the Head of School, who functions as the Chief Executive Officer. Under the cultivation, direction, and evaluation of the Board, the Head of School ensures that all policies, operations, and school culture are carried into effect.
